Almaaz Rio Longevity Immersion Terms

Translation for the participant’s convenience. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

Provider: Clínica Almaaz Serviços Médicos Ltda., trading as Clínica Almaaz, CNPJ 21.590.169/0001-19, Av. Ataulfo de Paiva, 391, suites 407 and 408, Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

1. The program. A 3-day longevity program in Rio de Janeiro, plus an online follow-up 30 days later. It includes:

• lab tests collected at your hotel or residence by our partner lab (results expected in 24 to 48 hours);
• the Telotest genetic test by Fagron Genomics;
• two in-person medical consultations;
• two IV sessions with boosters, the first being Almaaz Recovery;
• an online follow-up consultation after 30 days with your genetic results;
• an executive report in English;
• a bilingual concierge;
• a direct WhatsApp line for 30 days.

Tests, prescriptions and the Day 3 IV depend on the medical assessment. Almaaz does not promise results and does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

2. Price and payment.

• Price: R$ 15,000 (Brazilian reais), paid in full before Day 1.
• Foreign card costs: exchange rates, IOF tax and foreign card fees are paid by the participant.
• Invoice and report: we issue an invoice and, on request, a medical report for insurance claims. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

3. Booking.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is made and the pre-program health questionnaire is complete.
• We send preparation instructions, such as fasting. If they are not followed and a new collection is needed, the extra lab costs are paid by the participant, and Almaaz is not responsible for any resulting delay in the executive report.

4. Cooling-off, cancellation and rescheduling.

• Cooling-off: you may withdraw within 7 days of purchase and receive a refund. If the program has already started at your request, we deduct the list price of services already provided.
• Cancellation more than 7 days before Day 1: refund of 90%.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before Day 1: refund minus R$ 6,400, which covers the lab tests and genetic test already ordered and non-refundable. In other words, a refund of R$ 8,600.
• Rescheduling: you may reschedule once, at no cost, at least 72 hours before Day 1, subject to availability.
• Missed sessions: sessions you miss count as provided.
• Contraindicated IV: if the screening advises against an IV, we replace it with a suitable one or refund it at list price.

5. Partners and online follow-up.

• Partners: lab tests are run by our partner lab. The genetic test is analysed by Fagron Genomics in Spain. You authorise us to share your data and samples with them for this purpose.
• Online follow-up: carried out by video under Brazilian telemedicine rules. If it is not allowed where you are, we send a written report and answer your questions by message. Guidance given in the follow-up, by video, report or message, is informative and advisory under Brazilian law.
• Prescriptions: prescriptions follow Brazilian rules and may not be accepted outside Brazil. Buying and using medicines abroad is your responsibility, together with your local doctor.
• What the price does not cover: the R$ 15,000 price covers only the services in section 1. It does not cover buying, importing or paying for ongoing medicines, hormones, supplements or compounded formulas that may be prescribed. These costs, and their regulation in your home country, are your sole responsibility.

6. Health and safety.

• You agree to give accurate health information and to sign the IV therapy consent form before your first IV.
• WhatsApp is not an emergency channel. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU) or go to an emergency unit.

7. Data. Personal, health and genetic data are handled under our Privacy Notice and Brazil’s LGPD.

Genetic test. Your sample and genetic data are analysed by Fagron Genomics in Spain. Specific consent for this analysis and international transfer is collected by Fagron itself, in the consent form included in the Telotest kit.

8. General.

• Venue: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, subject to consumer rights under Brazilian law.
• Acceptance: by electronic signature of these terms, with date, time, IP and e-mail recorded.
